Terms: Payment schedule is one-third due with your signed contract, with the next one-third at 90 days prior and balance 45 days before check-in. Security deposit is refundable within 10 days after check-out.

Cancellation: Minimum cancellation fee is $250. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, your refund amount depends on our success in re-booking your reserved week. When in doubt, buy travel insurance.

Billing: We use Stripe or PayPal for invoicing, so you can choose any convenient payment method: personal check, eCheck, bank check, bank transfer, PayPal, debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB) in any currency.
